- Finish and exit
- Light to medium refurbishment

Requirements:

- Max loan size: £2m, no minimum
- Max term: 24 months
- Arrangement fee: 2%
- Interest rate: Interest rolled up & fees added to the loan to conserve your cash flow
- Max LTV / LtGDV: 75% at end of term
- Max LTC: 85% for refurbishment work
- Asset class: Residential and mixed use (no commercial only assets)
