Meet Joe Jelemsi, our Senior Account Manager. He describes himself as a family man who grew up in a multilingual household. As a young man, Joe excelled in academics and athletics. However, injuries sustained in sports steered him toward a different career path than he had imagined.
His strong work ethic and interpersonal skills proved to be valuable assets in his transition to a career in account management. He enjoys working with the Funding Bay team and appreciates the collaborative atmosphere where “we work hard, we play hard.” Most importantly, Joe emphasises the importance of building relationships and providing exceptional client service.
Joe stresses the importance of being a people person. Strong communication skills, business knowledge, and a genuine interest in helping others are all crucial for success. Looking back, Joe would advise his younger self to take more calculated risks. He believes that a little more courage could have opened doors to new experiences.
