The majority of the Future Fishing business is footfall through the door, and they have become a ‘destination store’ for anglers from all over the country who travel for the large and varied stock they carry in their building. Fishing tackle is a notoriously ‘cottage industry‘ and as a result, technological advancements in both retail and manufacturer wholesaling have been lacking.
Future Fishing has been able to use its funding to help develop a bespoke EPOS system and website which will join their bricks and mortar store to their online presence and warehouse operation. In turn, they hope to be able to expand their customer base further afield whilst offering the same level of value and customer service that their customers visiting our store have come to expect.
